Delivery

Click & Collect:
Click and collect is available on all products from our Stowbridge showroom. If you choose this option a member of our team will be in touch to arrange a suitable date for your collection. Please note collections are not available on Saturdays or Sundays and are only available between 1pm and 3pm.

Courier Delivery:
Courier delivery is available for products weighing under 25kg. Delivery cost to mainland UK is £5.95 and for additional identical items you will pay 50% of the delivery cost again. We currently aim to deliver your order within 7 working days however this can change during peak trading seasons.

Courier Bundle:
Courier Bundle delivery is available for products weighing under 25kg and that can be stacked together in one box. Delivery cost to mainland UK is £5.95 with no additional cost for extra identical items. We currently aim to deliver your order within 7 working days however this can change during peak trading seasons.

Courier Set:
Courier Set delivery is available for products weighing under 25kg and that are sold as a set. Delivery cost to mainland UK is £13.40 and for additional, identical products you will pay 50% of the delivery cost again. We currently aim to deliver your order within 7 working days however this can change during peak trading seasons.

Courier Stone:
Applicable to stone products weighing under 25kg. Courier cost is £5.95 plus an additional £1.95 for each additional parcels. We currently aim to deliver your order within 7 working days however this can change during peak trading seasons.

Pallet Delivery
Pallet delivery cost is £50.00 – this is required for products over 25kg in weight. We currently aim to deliver your order within 7-10 working days however this can change during peak trading seasons. Foras will contact you to advise of available delivery dates, and we request that you receive a telephone call from our delivery driver on the day of delivery 1 hour prior to arrival at the delivery address. We sometimes require additional prep time for certain water feature products, Foras will contact you if this is applicable.Please read the terms and conditions of delivery, once you have completed your transaction and made payment, it is mutually understood that you have accepted the terms and conditions.

UK Postcode Restrictions and Costs:
We deliver to most UK postcodes. Deliveries for Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man, parts of Scotland are booked via prior arrangement and subject to additional cost. Next day delivery, courier delivery and Pallet deliveries may need to be extended subject to postcode. FORAS will contact you direct if this applies to your postcode.
